Ingredients: 1 whole banana
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of fresh, chopped kale
1/2 cup of fresh spinach
2 tsp of peanut butter (protein)
1 Tbsp of lemon juice
2 dashes of cayenne pepper (to jump start your metabolism)
